This tournament is a stay to play event. Teams traveling more than 80 miles are required to book accommodations through our official hotel partner, Team Travel Source. Hotel and eligibility information can be found on the Team Travel Source Policies page.
What is Stay to Play? A requirement from EAS that mandates all clubs and teams book through Team Travel Source in order to participate in the event. The purpose of stay to play is to secure the best dates, hotel rates, and venues by the event producer and provide tracking of this information. Cities base the economic value of an event on the number of hotel rooms brought to that city. When events show a strong impact, that event is given future favorable dates and pricing. Stay to play also protects the participants by allowing TTS to negotiate the lowest, most stable rates, secure strong amenities & cancellation policies, and ensure access to quality hotels near the venue.
