Wake Me Up When September Ends

September is very sneakily one of the craziest months in the year. For those who have kids, and if you are reading this, you probably do, your world was just turned upside down. Well, really right side up. A long summer break with relaxation, travel, family, friends, has been ripped from your hands for school, rinks, and car rides to and from each event.

It can be a very exciting time, it can also be a very stressful time. Change is not taken the same by everyone. A massive transition like this can cause children, and many parents, a high level of stress that may hinder their mood and abilities. For those who are handling the change well, seek out those that may be stressed out and help them get going!

September also marks the end of the NHL off-season. Professional hockey comes back in October, ending the long spree of Baseball and Tennis dominating the sporting television for almost two months. Have you been struggling to find a new show to stream, say no more, there is now hockey on every night!

Although we love our September tournaments, the Boo Hockey Tournament Series that runs all four weekends of October really gets our competitive juices flowing. The Boo Series features our first girls tournament, but also features our highly competitive boys hockey tournaments in Michigan. Over four weekends, we will host the Girls, Midgets, Youth Gold and Youth Silver, respectively, across our great state in some of the coolest tournament locations you have ever visited. Be the manager that brings new and exciting options to your team!

For more information about the Boo Series, check out our Facebook and Website. We hope to see you in the northern Michigan soon!
