Our experienced team of schedulers can schedule any size event. 4 team brackets to 32 teams, even brackets of 5, 7, 9, Elite Amateur Sports can schedule any situation. Multiple facilities, coaches coaching multiple teams, keeping teams from the same league competing in the round robin, minimizing travel between games, we take great consideration before releasing a schedule.

Once our schedule is complete, we will have a link to post on the tourney website for your coaches, managers, and players to view real time game results, playoff bracket seedings and event schedule.

Event Marketing Service.

Your schedule needs to be posted in 3 days and you still need to find one more team to fill a division. Meanwhile, a team just backed out of a different division and you need to fill that one too! Having to cancel a division due to lack of interest is sometimes inevitable. Elite Amateur Sports has developed a system to identify your potential team participants, create an advertisement plan using social media, the internet, and email marketing, and fill your event allowing your customers the best experience possible.

On Site Event Management Service.

Elite Amateur Sports will make sure your coaches, managers, players and parents have a high-quality experience from the time they walk in the door for their first game to the final trophy ceremony. We will provide staff and equipment for tournament check in tables, digital game results display with bracket viewing stations, trophy presentations, scoresheet tracking, and much more to make your event very succesfull.
